Recipe rework and fixes

• Made additional descriptions for items in the handbook.
• Redesigned drop when breaking with a hammer. Now the tool descriptor can specify what drops out at the current step.
• Now, if the workpiece on the pipe cools down completely (stops glowing and turns gray), it can no longer be heated.
• Fixed a crash if the mold does not have a recipe.
• Fixed that all recipe options in the mold are not taken into account.
• Cleaning and refactoring of the code for a common format.
