Bug — Explore and subpages don't handle semester changes

Describe the bug
When there are multiple available semesters in the footer and they are clicked the selected semester should change. Currently nothing happens when they are clicked on the Course Explorer, Subject Explorer, and Course Page

To Reproduce

1. Import multiple semesters
2. Navigate to subject explorer (where the problem is most evident because the classes differ from semester to semester)
3. Click on the not currently selected semester in the footer
4. Notice nothing happens

Expected behavior
The courseList stored in the vuex store should update, changing the presented classes
