Describe the bug
The main explore page populates based on which semester is selected before navigating to explore, and only displays information for that semester.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to yacs.cs.rpi.edu
  2. Choose a semester in the footer
  3. Navigate to the Explorer
  4. Change the semester in the footer
  5. Notice how none of the Explorer options change

Expected behavior
Two options:

  1. Explorer can display information for all public (accessible vis the footer) semesters (It wouldn't need to change upon switching courses and could display a wider array of courses
  2. Explorer should display the courses of selectedSemester, and should update its listing when a new semester is selected via the Footer.

Additional context
Option 2 would fix the current bug, Option 1 would be a new feature that allows for more usability and information for students.
