Fix the mobile view for the YACS pages so it is usable in mobile view.

Describe a possible solution
For main page, move the course selector sidebar to the bottom of the screen when the page is in mobile. Hide sidebar view move in and out when in mobile view. Realign color assistance and export data buttons so it looks good in mobile view.
For pathways and professor page move the filters to the top in mobile view.
