구현 사항

request body 변경 (요청, 응답 모델 분리 -> 요청시에 필요한 데이터만 받도록)
좋아요, 싫어요에 작성자 정보 추가
이미 좋아요 했을 시 좋아요 카운트는 오르지 않음 (애초에 작성자 id가 같이 내려가기에 요청자체가 안올 것으로 기대)
좋아요 요청 시 이미 싫어요 한 이력이 있다면 싫어요는 취소 처리 (반대 케이스도 동일)
