Is this project still maintained?

Hello,

I'm going to add a soft core to an FPGA project I'm developing, base on GoWin.
Before falling in the rabbit hole of a Risc-V project design, I would like to select one that is still maintained. I see some pull requests and no recent commit here, but this picorv32 is a soft core provided by the GoWin EDA.
So I ask you here if this project still maintained.
