These are the R notebooks detailing analyses for "A unified protocol for simultaneous extraction of DNA and proteins from archaeological dental calculus" (Fagernäs et al. 2020).

Please note that the scripts were made over the course of a couple of year, during which R skills of the author developed considerably, so they are of very varying levels of elegance and annotation. Also note that figure numbers in the script titles are wrong, this will be fixed at some point.
