Easy stable diffusion install

This repo clone and use Stable Diffusion web UI , with a custom install to use Git and Python 3.10 installed with Chocolatey (for Windows OS).

1. Install python3.10 and git with Chocolatey (To download the MSI installer : https://github.com/chocolatey/choco/releases)

choco install python310 git

2. Run install.bat

3. Run run.bat or run_amd.bat
