Getting Started

1. Open the main_v2.Rmd to confirm the working directory is correctly set.
2. Run the script in the R folder to reproduce the analysis. Processing time is typically over an hour and may vary depending on computer performance.
3. Run MC_5h.R and MC_10h.R for sensitivity analysis.
