A remodeling of Balerion, so to speak.

Add new features to create user interaction with the bot.
Clean up all of the code, add comments, examples, and a new help command.
Provides a foundation for new features past this milestone; namely user interaction and retention.

I want to get more people involved in this project, especially from the discord -- and keep them active within the discord through bot features, and discussion through this collaborative project. To that end, I am greatly expanding the original scope of Balerion from a mere aid in guild administration.

In addition, In the future I hope to add an RPG like adventure to the bot to interest those who would rather be making games or something tangible.
