How to send new job wishes to your connections
New job wishes can lead to new business. Social media works by having conversations with your connections; conversations build relationships and relationships result in ROI.
It is an opportunities for you to engage your network through social signals. Social signals are mentions of life events: work anniversaries, birthdays, and job changes. When you get notified of these, it’s an opportunity for you to reach out and start a conversation. Each social signal is a way to reconnect with a connection and gain favorable attention. Your comments should be genuine, credible and helpful.

You can send new job, additional position or promotion greetings to your connections. Click on “Congrats on new job” button from Linked Social Toolkit left menu then you will see dialog as below
- Click the “Congrats on new job” button from Linked Social Toolkit left menu
- Enter your greeting message including @firstName and @newPosition shot-codes
- Click the "Send" button
Enter your greeting message in this text box. You can use @name for entire name, @firstName for first name or @lastName for last name and @newPosition for new job position of the user. These short codes are case-sensitive.
Delay between every single New job greeting in seconds.
You can send images and files as attachments with your New job greeting message. Click on “Attach an image” or “Attach a file”, then select your attachment. You can also add multiple attachments with single message script will save your attachment.
To send profile view notification to connection whom you are sending New job greeting message just check the “Send profile view notification” checkbox.
Click the “Stop script execution” button from Linked Social Toolkit left menu to stop script from sending New job greetings.
