Libzimext

The Libzimext is the fork of libzim with some extended features. See the original README_libzim.md for more details.

ToDo

additional compression algorithms support (lz4, Brotli, kanzi at least)
use faster third-party string libraries
use faster third-party container libraries
remove ICU dependency
switch to C++17
