Libzimext

The Libzimext is the fork of libzim with some extended features. See the original README_libzim.md for more details.

ToDo

• additional compression algorithms support (lz4, Brotli, kanzi at least)
• use faster third-party string libraries
• use faster third-party container libraries
• remove ICU dependency
• switch to C++17
