BeatSyncConsole v1.0.0-Beta1

• Beta release to support the new Beat Saver site.
• Everything seems to be working under normal conditions.
  • If you find bugs, please check the Issues to see if it's been reported.
    • If the bug you encounter hasn't been reported, create a new issue describing the problem and include the log file (in BeatSyncConsole's logs folder)
