STEP 1:
Login to the Cisco 3rdpartygadget server using any FTP Client.
STEP 2:
Copy the Zingtree folder and files into inside files folder.
To test the gadget uploaded in the previous steps, use the following URL:
https:///{{3rdpartygadget server ip or host name}}/files/Zingtree.xml
STEP 3:
Open zingtree.js in any editor change the below details as per your organization
Login into Cisco Finesse admin goto Desktop Layout Configuration option
STEP 4:
Login into Cisco Finesse admin goto Desktop Layout Configuration option
STEP 5
Please add Zingtree gadget as per layout to display.
