Npmplus got Unhealthy, cannot connect to it

to fix the launch, just delete the file temporary. But the reason it breaks is simply that nginx handles dns very bad, you should use static ips where possible, also nginx doesn't start if the upstream of a sublocation is down. (Also why does your sublocation exist when it is identical to the / location?)
