Working on open sauced chrome extension.

Debugged the issue and opened opened this open-sauced/ai#285

Learning outcomes:

noticed that the elements are being deleted when they have the same ID (not sure why)
explored the GitHub UI and got the related action bar ids.
refactored the button injection to generalize it.
