Hi 👋, I'm Aaron (Weixiang) Li, a full-stack software engineer ✨

I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of California San Diego in Joint Mathematics and Economics, and a master's degree from the University of Washington in Computational Finance and Risk Management. Recently, in April 2023, I obtained a certificate in Software Engineering from General Assembly. My passion lies in solving complex coding problems and building robust applications. I have always been driven to exceed expectations, as evidenced by my portfolio of projects. I am eager to continue my growth in this field and push myself to new heights!

MockStocks Repo | Live App MockStocks is a MERN stack project built using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node. It is a stock trading simulation platform designed for educational and entertainment purposes, allowing users to trade stocks with virtual money and learn how to invest in the stock market without risking their own capital.	NetMart Repo | Live App A full-stack e-commerce app for buying and selling used goods with RedCircle API for search results and AWS S3 for image uploads. Users can browse, buy and sell goods, write reviews for sellers after order completion, and add products to their wish list. Built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3.
YumYum Repo | Live App A full-stack web application that allows users to browse and search for restaurants by location, cuisine, price range, and more. The app features a responsive and intuitive UI, utilizes the Yelp API, and enables users to leave reviews and save favorite restaurants. Built using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.	Roulette Repo | Live App A web-based casino game where players can place bets on different outcomes, such as a single number, groupings of numbers, colors, or odd/even numbers. Built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
