There is a parameter called 'lines' in between threshold and minLineLength. Without specifying the parameter name will cause cv2.HoughLinesP() to take the wrong positional parameter. Docstring: HoughLinesP(image, rho, theta, threshold[, lines[, minLineLength[, maxLineGap]]])
