Upgrade to Susy -3 to avoid deprecation warnings #145

When I try to run an offline version of the page, there are a lot of deprecation warnings appearing. It seems that the Minimal Mistakes theme has the same issue and the problem was fixed once Susy 2 was upgraded to Susy 3 (see here ).

Can this upgrade be implemented in this fork too? I hope that through this, the compiling time will be reduced (it is usually over 30 seconds for me).
