Introduce the resource->resource fragment data model

The resourceQuery as specified in the YAML config is now expected to return also a fragmentpid column. All rows with non-empty fragmentpid column as considered FCS resource fragments with own PID indicated by the fragmentpid column value. They are searched trough by the SRU searchRetrieve but they are not listed under SRU explain.
