Add hyphen as token separator to searchable collections #35

people want to be able to look up both names of a hyphenated surname (example in original issue)

this should be possible by setting the token separator inside the schemas to a hyphen (see https://typesense.org/docs/guide/tips-for-searching-common-types-of-data.html#fine-tuning)
