Explosives/Realistic Names - Improve CfgVehicles explosives naming #10200

When merged this pull request will:

  • Title.
  • Use base game stringtable entries for correct names in explosives's CfgVehicles.
  • Add a subcomponent to realistic names that loads dynamically to rename them.
