yay the structure for all the new elements is there!!

just a few things on responsiveness: we should make a mobile/small screen specific design for the comps page that stacks the statistics and leaderboard button (statistics text can be made larger for this). also, the css for margins on the red outline box should be the same for both main and comps page

made the updates to stack the stats and button and also made the stats font size bit larger when it's mobile version
also made sure the margin between the past competition box and the box in the home page are the same (4rem and 5rem)
