Fixes some misleading/incorrect info in the simplesamlphp readme file.

Splits the configuration instructions for the authsources and remote IdP into separate steps.
Corrects a the instruction on where to paste the parsed IdP metadata.
Removes the step indicating there are optional edits that should be made to the remote idp metadata file.
