Description

Update Visual Studio signature for windows-2022 image

@Alexey-Ayupov @shamil-mubarakshin: This change only affects the signature located intoolset-2022.json, but there is also hardcoded signatures in Install-VisualStudio.ps1 installer script which are still referring the old signature and the installer is checking the toolset provided signature with the hardcoded expectation. I think this pull request is not a complete fix.
