RestFul API for Hub

As FastAPI is the in-thing in the API market, how about an API for Hub as well?
FastAPI is not only fast but also easy to use and develop, and supports swagger UI.
APIs can be easily integrated with ML pipelines and given Hubs objective, it'll be huge

It's currently not on our roadmap, because we're super busy with other initiatives, but we'll keep this in mind in future planning.
