Adding a helper library to control LIFX devices over the internet using CircuitPython. Utilizes a
wifimanagerobject from either ESP32SPI or ESPATControl to make HTTP requests to the LIFX HTTP APITested with PyPortal running CircuitPython 4.x Beta 6, LIFX Mini White, and LIFX Mini Color.
