updates for cp7 Ref: #1603

Guide changes needed on these pages:

this page mentions an update in the works to make positioning text easier. Explanations of anchor point and anchored position could be included now, those have been supported for a while: https://learn.adafruit.com/making-a-pyportal-user-interface-displayio/let-s-make-a-ui
