In contrast to Zynq-7000, the "Hardware" section of
/proc/cpuinfois not populated (this seems to be common for the arm64 architecture). Hence, the check for the device tree compatible (xlnx,zynqmp) needs to be done at a different place compared to Zynq-7000.Tested on NI Ettus USRP X410, which is ZynqMP based.
