Implement collections #1 basic lists implementation
Implement Maps with primitive keys #2 Basic maps implementation
Support Maps with complex keys #3 Maps with complex keys
- ES6 Map, and documented workarounds
Add an option to use 'brand type' on value classes and primitives #7 quick implementation of brand typing for value classes
Generate enums closed-polymorphic classes, and use literal enum members as the discriminator #10 enum-discriminated interfaces

- add TOC to all docs - Map generation for complex and enum keys #2 #3 - update test template, for easier comparison after failures - tests for #10
