  • Create GitHub workflows for running tests
  • add an option for enabling/disabling the TS compile tests
  • fix TS compile assertions
  • misc version bumps
  • disable Kotest JS tests (blocked by Support for nested tests on JS target (again) kotest/kotest#3141)
  • bump to jvm11, kotlin-level 1.7
  • enable test-fixtures in knit tests, and re-organise source sets
