use https://github.com/mindbrix/UIImage-PDF to import the pdf into images

  • When the user imports a png etc to loose leaf, immediately create a scrap and add it to the top page
  • same for jpg, jpeg
  • same for gif

moved icns and psd support to #446 and #447 and pdf to #464

in both the email and photos app, there is no way to add Loose Leaf (or any app) to the "open in" for images. a work around is to "quick look" the image when given the option, then from within quick look you can send to another app.

all other apps should be able to send image files to Loose Leaf
