Inconsistent uni309B-V and uni309C-V glyph position between Serif and Sans

Description

In SourceHanSerif 2.001, the vertical glyphs for U+309B ゛ and U+309C ゜ (i.e. uni309B-V and uni309C-V) have inconsistent positions with SourceHanSans 2.004.

In SourceHanSans, the vertical glyphs are placed in the right bottom corner and the horizontal glyphs are placed in the left top corner.
However, in SourceHanSerif, both vertical and horizontal glyphs are same placed in the left top corner.
