Current

 ›   Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'package.json'

And if the cwd contains a package.json

 ›   Error: Couldn't find configuration in '/Users/mraho/work/junk-apps/excshelltest/src/dx-excshell-1', make sure to add at least one extension or a standalone app

Expected

smthg like, for all cases:

Not in a valid application root folder, please run aio app commands from a folder generated by aio app init
