feat: ACNA-2044 - add tests for aio app pack and aio app install

Pre-requisites

• feat: aio app pack command aio-cli-plugin-app#650
• feat: aio app install command (complement to aio app pack) aio-cli-plugin-app#662
• Publish of new app plugin with the two PRs above

How Has This Been Tested?

Test using manual trigger of workflow, after merge of this PR, via the Actions tab.
