Expected Behavior

Docs page reloads when docs JS is changed, CSS is injected with docs CSS is changed.

Actual Behavior

It does the nothing

Steps to Reproduce

  1. gulp dev
  2. Change topdoc/resources/css/docs.css or topdoc/resources/js/docs.js
  3. Observe the nothing which happens
