this should make release process slightly simpler and would make all the *.md files be located in the root so they could be opened via GitHub interface (rather than it's a symlink now and GitHub does not handle it properly).
cc @lukemelia as you do the releases.
This does not actually change things much, you still just need to run only one command
yarn releasefrom the root.
