AQA_Test_Pipeline triggers AUTO_AQA_GEN job to generate AQA test builds when needed. This works fine for the regular test job. However, in the special case (i.e., FIPS), AQA_Test_Pipeline triggers test builds with _fips suffix. We should also set TEST_JOB_NAME when triggering AUTO_AQA_GEN in AQA_Test_Pipeline, so that the correct test build will be generated.
