Switches to using docker compose. Allows for use of sub_filter with nginx which I use to inject environment variables that are needed in the frontend (i.e. NODE_ENV)

Updates to the dev server so that I can pass in the NODE_ENV env variable to the web app.
App now reports a user identifier to sentry and also provides current query (if applicable)
