[Feat]: Publish 'v1' tag

### What new feature are you looking for / expect?

Could major version tags for this action be published? For example, a tag named `v1` that points to the same SHA as the latest release (b71e648).

It would allow users to opt-in to automatic upgrades and match the pattern used by other GitHub actions.
