[Bug]: Changelog says "No Changelog Available" when attempting to display from Settings #3232

What happened?

When clicking on the version number in the lower-left corner while in settings, I get the following error message:

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the full change log as I do from library:

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go into ABS
  2. Go into settings
  3. Click on the version number in the lower-left corner

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN: The change log gets displayed
WHAT REALLY HAPPENS: Message "No Changelog Available"

2.11.0

How are you running audiobookshelf?

Docker

What OS is your Audiobookshelf server hosted from?

Issues does not occur from library view.
