CR: Inter Font Enhancements

Context/Description

As a Mack Trucks website owner, I want to enhance the Inter font to better resemble the previous Helvetica font, which we can no longer use. Specifically, I would like H3-H5 titles to use Inter Semi Bold so that the titles stand out more from the body text.

This ticket covers updating the title fonts and ensuring the new Inter font is applied consistently across the site, including buttons, body text, labels, and other elements, in alignment with the desired specifications.
