I think it makes sense to fully spell out "::sbe::MetaAttribute" (and others) in code-generated headers because "using namespace" is typically frowned upon in C++ headers (see: https://isocpp.org/wiki/faq/coding-standards#using-namespace-std). I was able to test this change against the unit tests and my own code.
