About which aspect are you unsure, the actual plotting of the heatmap or how to acquire the regulon AUC values that are being plotted?

Could you clarify what you mean by "the motif plots"?

@SeppeDeWinter The actual plotting please if possible. For me I do have the AUC values but I just do not understand how this heatmap was generated.

I was asking about the actual mapping of the CSI plot as I could not find it anywhere in the documentation.
