Acceptance criteria:

  • A new page "Accounts" is visible in the top menu, in the "Blockchain" dropdown
  • The new page should have the heading "Top 100 Accounts"
  • A new table contains the following columns:
    • Hash
    • Balance
    • % Of Circulating
  • The table displays top 100 accounts using the endpoint https://mainnet.aeternity.io/mdw/v3/wealth
