This is a gem to help extract data from vBulletin Forums, specifically those which you have no control over. It attempts to fetch the requested data as quickly as possible while using the least amount of bandwidth overall.

Commit, do not mess with rakefile, version, or history. (if you want to have your own version, that is fine but bump version in a commit by itself I can ignore when I pull)
