Update dependencies

Mainly for making it works with Node.js v17 too.

Please, note that

• npm audit still complaining about

  • nth-check which is a problem already reported at nth-check vulnerability found in react-scripts@4.0.3 facebook/create-react-app#11647 and it already has a proposed fix.
  • postcss because something related with resolve-url-loader ❓

• while regenerating the lock files, npm install detected a conflict for the React version used and the one required by use-root-reducer. A npm install --force has been done, but probably we might stop using such a dependency.

• there are two lock files. Shall we have only one?
