Request to add support for `claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929`

I would like to request support for the new Anthropic model claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929, along other new models. Currently, attempting to use this model results in errors because it is not present, and the tokencost library throws an "is not implemented" error when calculating costs resulting in failed jobs.
