lets do that, super simple CLI step

Do we want this to just show a list of the templates we have in the repo?

Playing with the langchain-cli it looks like it lets you install them from other sources, but I haven't been able to get it to work.

no, i think we just have 5 hard-coded templates listed as options

1. Hello Alex (simplest working agent)
2. Empty Project
3. Research Agent
4. ...
5. ...

any other templates they have to pass in the --template=<> flag
